Explore the variety of subject matter, theme, and technique I enjoy producing. I am experienced in reaching both small targeted audiences and large scale event invitees with visual assets. Primarily, I work with the Adobe Suite, Blender, Figma, digital photography and traditional illustration.
Editorial
Below are some examples of my editorial design, made with a mixture of 3D, digital, and hand drawn techniques. In conjunction with a writing staff and acting independently, I have created a variety of content to accompany the written word. From photography to layout design to character illustration, editorial design has allowed me to take creative risks and highlight themes inside the copy through a visual medium.

Branding
Crafting a brand identity is crucial for making a lasting impression. I specialize in creating unique and impactful branding strategies that resonate with the target audience, setting clients apart in their respective industries. Whether I’m building a brand from scratch or uplifting a pre-existing identity, I strive to give a campaign or message a specific theme and reason for its design. See the variety of ways a brand can exist within my work below.

Wood Burning
I am a visual artist exploring the relationship between time, change, and memories through wood burning and illustration scaled between 3 inches to 3 feet. With a focus on places I’ve been and landscapes from impactful memories, I begin my process with illustrations pulled from sketches, original photography, and memory. Slowly burning these memories permanently into wood awards them a stable place in my mind, bringing small details since forgotten to light. The commitment for every slow stroke is what makes this craft challenging then steadily meditative for me, putting me between a memory and a dream state, with the freedom to look around. I am often paralyzed to start my work, intimidated by the wrong change. Then, I understand that I have a live, equal relationship with this wood, a relationship of trust and growth; trusting that I make the right move, and trusting I can adapt if not. I hope to share this same understanding with viewers because in life, change is inevitable, and it is a choice to adapt and embrace the chance for growth, or simply stay paralyzed.
I teach classes at the New River Fine Arts Center and I love supporting local interest in art. I hope to expand into conservation spaces and promote environmental themes through galleries and exhibits.
