Recent Logo Commission

A few weeks ago, painter Joanie Sutphin approached me for creating a logo for her painting brand. We connected through the New River Fine Arts’ Art Business Class in Pulaski.

Joanie commissioned a refinement of her current logo as she already had a really strong look and feel, but just needed the versatility and vector types that free softwares like Canva make difficult to obtain.

She shared with me awesome sketches of her current logo (seen below) and I translated them into vector along with creating an icon mark for smaller imprint areas.

This was an incredibly fulfilling process in which I was able to assist another artist in establishing their brand. I also want to shout out Joanie’s art page(s) because her watercolor specifically is really delicate and beautiful.
